Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking number provided

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. During peak camping season (May-August), shipping times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service team within 15 days at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Your preference (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return shipping address
  • Any special packaging requirements
  • Return authorization number (RMA#)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please include the RMA# on your package. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Insuring the package for its full value
  • Including all original packaging and accessories

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received:

  • We inspect items within 3 business days
  • Process your refund or ship your exchange
  • Send you a confirmation email

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Refund Method:

  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once the return is processed

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used camping appliances (camp stoves, cooking equipment)
  • Opened food storage items (coolers with signs of use)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Special Considerations

Defective Items: If you receive a defective product (like a malfunctioning camp stove or damaged sleeping bag), contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange most items within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability. Just specify you’d like an exchange in your request.
